To us something isn't right with Mario? We did a little research and found out that there might be something that we didn't expect at all. What if Mario wasn't who they said he was. I mean Mario is a simple Italian plummer... right? As we searched deeper and deeper it began to seem more and more that Mario just might be not Italian at all, but rather Russian or more specificly, Joseph Stalin. The Leader of the Soviet Union. So first I guess I should explain who Joseph Stalin is. Before the Soviet Union Russia had a king. However in 1917 he started a revolution that later turned Russia into a dictatorship and part of the Communist Party. He lead the Soviet Union until his death in 1953 and was even the Russian leader during World War II. What does this have to do with Mario though? Well first let us look at what Mario is doing. In Super Mario Bros. Mario goes from level to level beating monsters and taking over castles, until he get's to Bowser Also Known As "King Koopa".

As you can see Bowser has a crown and everything in this picture taken from the Mario Cartoon. Therefore Bowser is the current power in the "Mushroom Kingdom" and by defeating him Mario is causing a "revolution" where he intends to or not.
